Gary Barnes graduated from Boston College Law School in 1974, where he was an editor of the law review. He represents accounting firms and their insurers in the defense of malpractice claims and in providing risk management advice. Gary also represents professional liability and products liability insurers. Gary now enjoys serving as a commercial arbitrator and a mediator, on panels of the American Arbitration Association, and as a court-appointed mediator for the U.S. District Court.
