About the Presenter
Alan joined Ernst & Morris Consulting Group in 1998. His cost segregation experience includes performing studies for office buildings, supermarkets, medical offices, apartments, banks, retail centers, manufacturing plants, restaurants, hotels, automobile dealerships, and automotive repair facilities. Alan has established and maintained partnerships and alliances with major accounting and brokerage firms nationwide and is a frequent presenter on cost segregation. Prior to joining E&M, Alan worked for Brown Shoe Company, St. Louis Missouri. Alan has a BA degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri.
